We have been invited to tender for the Accommodation Refurbishment @ Teesside University Campus.

The University are to embark on a major refurbishment of their accommodation stock with substantial investment over the next 3-4 years. The first phase which we are currently tendering for is to begin at the end of summer 2007, then the dates will differ from year to year but generally the period will be in the 13 weeks when the majority of students have left for summer holidays.

Progress: We are still currently revising our estimate.
