Refurbishment was undertaken at James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough.

Flooring Contractors Acklam Flooring Services Ltd was commissioned to refurbish 1700sq mt of the hospital's laundry room which had to remain in operation throughout the project.

An ardex surface Damp Proof Membrane was applied to 1700sq m floor. Arditex latex smoothing compound was applied directly to the damp proof membrane

The Eminent & Eminent Safe T floor covering was fixed with Ardex AF 150 flooring.
